Delivery policy

1. Delivery within Croatia

Delivery is made via Croatian Post or another delivery service.
The price and delivery time depend on the selected method and are displayed at the end of the order.

2. International delivery

We currently deliver within the EU. Time and price depend on the destination.

3. Production deadline

Due to the handmade nature, some products have a production time of 3-7 business days before shipping. If a shorter deadline is needed, please contact us.

4. Damage during transport

The buyer is obliged to inspect the package upon receipt. In case of damage, it is mandatory to document it (photograph it) and contact covart.leather@gmail.com immediately.
