1. How to order

Orders are placed exclusively through our online store at the address: www.covart-shop.com
The customer adds the desired product to the cart, selects the payment and delivery method, enters delivery information, and confirms the order.

After placing an order, the customer will receive an automatic order confirmation to their email address. If you do not receive the confirmation within a few minutes, please contact us at covart.leather@gmail.com

2. Available payment methods

The following payment methods are currently available:

• Card payment (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) – secure online transaction via the Shopify system.

3. Currency and prices

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include all costs except for the shipping cost, which is displayed when completing the order.
Covart is not subject to VAT, in accordance with Article 90 of the VAT Act – VAT is not charged.

4. Order status

The customer will be notified by e-mail about all changes in the status of the order (confirmation, preparation, sending).
