They are made from high-quality vegetable-tanned cowhide leather, approximately 2.5 mm thick, with careful thinning of the leather where the original construction requires it. Every detail is handcrafted – from stitching to the final polishing of the edges.

The harnesses retain the characteristic appearance and construction of the historical prototype, but are made according to today's Covart quality standards, with an emphasis on precision, durability, and superior finish.
