Return Policy
1. General Rule
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item you are returning must be:
in the same condition as when you received it,
unworn or unused,
with tags attached and in its original packaging.
You will also need a proof of purchase.

Please note that all returns must be sent to the following address:

If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We will not accept returned items without a prior return request.

2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If the item is damaged, contact us immediately and document the damage with photographs so that we can assess the issue and take appropriate action.
3. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
perishable goods (food, flowers, plants),
custom-made or made-to-order products (personalized items),
personal care products (cosmetics),
hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases,
sale items or gift cards.

4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to request a return for the item you have. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order to purchase the desired item.
5. European Union Right of Withdrawal
If goods are shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason.
The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and make the funds available.
