Complaints and Dispute Resolution
1. Customer Complaints
In the event of complaints or disputes related to an order, product, or provided service, the customer may contact the merchant directly at:

2. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, consumers may submit a complaint via the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at:

3. Court Jurisdiction
If an amicable resolution of the dispute is not possible, the competent court shall be the court with subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction according to the registered office of the merchant.
