1. Delivery within Croatia

Delivery is carried out via Croatian Post or another selected courier service. The delivery cost and estimated delivery time depend on the chosen shipping method and are displayed at checkout. All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport.

2. International Shipping

We currently ship within the European Union. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination and are displayed during the checkout process. Products are packaged to ensure safe transport.

3. Production Time

Due to the handmade nature of our products, some items require a production time of 3 to 7 business days before dispatch. If a shorter production time is required, please contact us via e-mail at covart.leather@gmail.com.

4. Damage During Transport

Customers are required to inspect the package upon delivery. In case of damage, please document the damage with photographs and contact us immediately at covart.leather@gmail.com.
